At 31.5 m², one unit takes the contents of a four-bedroom house, a car with room to work around it, or a boat on its trailer. The entrance is 14.2 m wide, so there's room to tow a trailer or boat straight in. Each unit is $469 per month including GST with a 6-month minimum stay. Why large units

Most storage problems come down to one thing. The unit is too small, so you stack too high, block your own access and end up paying for a second unit. A bigger unit costs less per square metre and lets you leave an aisle down the middle, so you reach anything without unpacking the lot.

Large units also take things a standard locker never will: a boat on its trailer, a project car, a tradie's full kit, or the contents of a four-bedroom house during a rebuild.

Check the door as well as the floor

For a boat, car or trailer, the door width and height matter as much as the floor. Measure the widest and tallest points, including the mast step, outboard, roof racks and mirrors, and send them with your quote request.

Count the boxes
A standard moving carton covers about 0.2 m² of floor stacked three high.
Leave an aisle
Add about 20 percent for a walkway if you'll need things while they're stored.
