What we collect

When you send a quote request, we collect what you type into the form:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• What you're storing, your start date and how long you need it
• Any notes you add
• The page you sent the form from

How we use it

We use it to reply to your request, prepare your quote and talk to you about storage. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.

Who handles it

Two services help us run the site:

• Vercel hosts the website and counts page visits without cookies or personal details.
• Resend delivers quote requests to our inbox by email.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any storage agreement that follows, then delete them.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. To ask about this, email contact@baronifoods.co.nz or call 03 379 0717, or use the contact page.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
